Mr. Kenneth "Kenny" MillerFounder/CEO, President of ATAC
Kenny’s military and law enforcement career span over thirty-three years of active service. Currently he performs the duty as a Lieutenant, and Shift Commander with the City of Virginia Beach Police Department. Beforehand he operated as a Sergeant SWAT Team Leader, Police Academy Supervisor, Police Academy Assistant Coordinator, Detective, Field Training Officer, Uniformed Patrol Officer, and a member of the Virginia Beach Sheriff’s Department attaining the supervisory rank of Sergeant.
He has served as an Inspector and Use of Force training Specialist to the Victoria Police Department Melbourne, Australia; Firearms, Use of Force, and SWAT Tactics training to the Taiwan National Police SWAT Team; and served as a consultant and trainer to the Government of Saudi Arabia for the Spear Academy has served as an Inspector and Use of Force training Specialist to the Victoria Police Department Melbourne, Australia; Firearms, Use of Force, and SWAT Tactics training, and as a consultant and trainer to the Government of Saudi Arabia for the Spear Academy.
Kenny received a Masters Degree from Troy State University in Public Administration, and a Bachelors of Arts Degree (BA) in Criminal Justice from St. Leo University.
